Fried chicken and champagne? Food truck rolls out at Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show, Feb. 15-25

Fried & Fizzy is an 18-foot-long truck with a custom-built, 6-foot-wide service window, outfitted to accommodate frying chicken. Bubbly options include prosecco, sparkling wine and champagne.

What began as a pop-up fried chicken and champagne food stall at the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championship in November has morphed into a new food truck business. But don’t expect this truck to roll up to any ordinary location.

Fried & Fizzy is a joint venture between Jason Rose and M Culinary. Both names should ring a bell.
