What began as a pop-up fried chicken and champagne food stall at the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championship in November has morphed into a new food truck business. But don’t expect this truck to roll up to any ordinary location.
Fried & Fizzy is a joint venture between Jason Rose and M Culinary. Both names should ring a bell.
