Marley Park set to expand: Surprise P&Z advances plan for new 776-lot subdivision

The Marley Park may soon expand again, adding nearly 800 new homes to an increasingly crowded District 6 community in Surprise.

The Planning & Zoning Commission approved a preliminary plat for the project at their Feb. 15 meeting at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza, advancing the plan for future City Council consideration.

If approved by the council, the new Homestead at Marley Park subdivision – which comprises phases four and five of the overall Marley Park community – will include 776 new homes lots on roughly 235 acres divided into nine development parcels located between Waddell Road and Sweetwater Avenue east of Bullard Avenue.
