14 city parcels going up for auction in Eloy

To help spur economic development, the city of Eloy plans to auction off 14 city-owned parcels downtown.

All the parcels will have starting prices at 90 percent of what they were valued at by the Pinal County assessor to try and sell them. City officials will not accept anything less the minimum bid amount, however.
