1784 Capital Holdings breaks ground on $10M storage facility

Scottsdale-based 1784 Capital Holdings, LLC, has broken ground on its most recent Class A self–storage facility at 11061 N. Oracle Rd. in Oro Valley, Arizona (photo). The $10 million development will be managed by LifeStorage and will serve the growing needs of the expanding Oro Valley community.
