Buckeye Mayor Jackie Meck recovering after heart procedure

Buckeye Mayor Jackie Meck

Buckeye Mayor Jackie Meck is now recovering at home with his family after undergoing a successful emergency procedure to clear a blocked artery on March 18.

“I want to thank all the doctors, nurses and medical staff that have cared for me in the last 24 hours.” Meck said in a city press release. “I love the city of Buckeye and look forward to being back on the job as soon as possible. I will follow the doctor’s and my wife’s orders so I can continue serving the city of Buckeye.”
