Why sellers of a $2.2M Paradise Valley house don’t have to disclose home’s porn past

A Paradise Valley home made some news this week after it was discovered that potential buyers withdrew their offer upon learning of the home’s past.

Turns out the house has been used to make pornography. 

The sellers, Kevin and Sandra Otterson, are a married couple who run the website Wifey’s World.
