Surprise P&Z advances Prasada development; plans for 2,207 homes on 772 acres

City leaders last week advanced a plan, which – if approved – would add more than 2,000 homes to the southwest part of town.

Responding to a developer’s application, the Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission approved a preliminary plat for the Toll Brothers at Prasada project during their regular meeting March 15 at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
