[VIDEO]: From tenant to landlord, John Carlson worked his way up the ladder at Mark-Taylor

There are plenty of stories about how an entry-level or rank-and-file employee worked their way up the corporate ladder.

John Carlson puts a twist on that.

Carlson didn’t just start at the entry level for Mark-Taylor Residential before becoming president of the Scottsdale-based real estate company. Carlson first was an apartment tenant at one of Mark-Taylor’s developments in Chandler.
