Company files lawsuit seeking sale of PhoenixMart property for reimbursement

A Phoenix company has filed a civil complaint against the parent company of PhoenixMart, demanding over $900,000 for unpaid services.

Hardrock Concrete Placement Co. already filed a notice of claim last October, asking AZ Sourcing to reimburse the company $907,480 for labor and materials it supplied for building the giant wholesale sourcing center, located on the east side of Casa Grande.

In the lawsuit filed on April 20 in Superior Court, Hardrock claims it has still not been paid any portion of the invoice since it filed the lien six months ago.
