Flagstaff City Council approves Mill Town by 5-2 final vote

The Flagstaff City Council gave the final stamp of approval to a student-oriented apartment complex with nearly 1,200 beds known as Mill Town at its meeting Tuesday night.

Councilwomen Celia Barotz and Eva Putzova remained in opposition to the proposed rezoning, and had also voted against the action at a meeting in March.
