Geneva Holdings, Ventana Hotels will develop Arizona resort

Geneva Holdings, a Phoenix-based real estate development and investment firm, has formed a joint-partnership with Ventana Hotels & Resorts (VHR), a leading Hospitality firm based in Scottsdale to develop and operate a new boutique luxury resort in Arizona.

VHR founder Jason Walton has extensive resort and branded lifestyle hotel experience, having facilitated the acquisition, development and management of over $850 Million in lodging assets including: AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore, Hotel La Jolla, Blue Moon Miami Beach, The Equinox Manchester Village Vermont and Cheeca Lodge Islamorada Florida among others.
