City and business leaders continued to struggle last week as they discussed the future of the long-dormant City Center property.
Surprise City Council and representatives of Surprise Center Development Company shared updates on plans and wrangled over how to spur development of the area – which is bounded by Bell, Greenway and Litchfield roads and Bullard Avenue – during an April 17 public work session at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
The meeting offered some new details of plans for interior road layouts and infrastructure improvements, which might accelerate real estate investment.
