Pinal County to intervene in Johnson Utilities water, billing case

Supervisor Rios gets an earful over email about utility violations

After numerous speakers implored the county to take action against Johnson Utilities, the Board of Supervisors voted Wednesday to intervene in the case by state regulators against the utility regarding water quality and billing issues.
