Sun City garage issue boils over

Residents filled the Sun City Home Owners Association meeting room, 10401 W. Coggins Drive, March 27 to protest a garage being built in their neighborhood, and for SCHOA officials it pointed out the need to amend the community’s covenants, conditions and restrictions.

“I worked a lot of years in the SCHOA compliance department and I can tell you I was frustrated many times with these CC&Rs,” said Jim Hunter, SCHOA board president.
