House rentals outpace apartment boom. “[S]ingle-family rental homes have become ‘Plan B’ for those anxious to break out of their apartments [but are unable to] buy a house…” Among cities experiencing the largest surge in single-family rentals (2007-2016), one metro close to home leads the pack. Gila River Indian Community mourns death of tribal leader. Rodney B. Lewis “was the first Native American attorney to be admitted to the State Bar of Arizona Bar and the first Native American attorney in the nation to argue and win a case before the United States Supreme Court.” On Tuesday, he passed away at the age of 77.
