There doesn’t seem to be a shortage of high-end home buyers in Arizona, as the state-record price for a residence was broken three times in a span of three months.
The new king of the hill is located in Scottsdale’s Silverleaf neighborhood and sold for a whopping $18.8 million at the end of March.
That broke the record set when an 18,000-square-foot Silverleaf home went for $17.5 million just weeks earlier.
