Construction is moving ahead on the $56 million to $60 million renovation and expansion of Milwaukee Brewers’ spring training home, Maryvale Baseball Park in Phoenix.
The Brewers are in Phoenix this week to take on the Arizona Diamondbacks. While the team was in town, Brewers chief operating officer Rick Schlesinger, senior vice president – communications and affiliate operations Tyler Barnes, manager Craig Counsell and first baseman Eric Thames joined other staff to get a look at the major project, which got underway in late March.
