An attorney representing a local gas station that also serves as a bus terminal plans to appeal a decision of the planning commission, according to a scathing letter he sent the city.

The six-page letter, penned by attorney Philip Whitaker of the Phoenix-based Stegall, Katz & Whitaker law firm, “constitutes an appeal on behalf of the Hong Family Partnership” regarding the Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation of denial to the City Council for a proposed Greyhound bus terminal at the Hongs’ Chevron station.
