Wickenburg Ranch conveys water systems; requests density adjustment

Wickenburg Ranch continues to grow, and as that happens the developer and the Town of Wickenburg are working through a couple of changes. Both were predicted in the original Pre-Annexation and Development Agreement – one being an adjustment in the density of houses, and the other the transfer of ownership of Wickenburg Ranch Water LLC and Wickenburg Ranch Wastewater LLC from the developer to the Town of Wickenburg.

Along with the building of more than 200 homes and a large clubhouse since its official opening in 2015, Wickenburg Ranch paid for and constructed a water system and a wastewater treatment plant. These facilities function completely independently from those that service all other areas of town, according to Town Manager Vince Lorefice.
