Another company has filed a claim in court, alleging it has not been paid thousands of dollars for services in the construction of PhoenixMart.

On June 14, Harder Mechanical Contractors filed documents in Pinal County Superior Court seeking $118,516 in unpaid labor and materials it provided for the large-scale project located in Casa Grande.

The company filed a lien in January for the unpaid plumbing services it provided and proceeded to take legal action in court this month. Harder’s attorney told PinalCentral in an email on Thursday that the company has still not been paid.

Hardrock Concrete Placement Co. filed a similar complaint in court earlier this year, seeking to claim over $900,000 in services it supplied to PhoenixMart.
