Casa Grande council will hear Greyhound appeal

A dispute over a bus terminal will be heard by the City Council on Monday.

At the regular meeting of the Casa Grande City Council, members will hold a public hearing to discuss whether a Greyhound bus station should be approved at the Chevron station at Trekell and Kortsen roads.

Previously, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to send a recommendation of denial for the zone change that would be needed to operate the bus stop. City staff has recommended approving the zone amendment and associated conditional use permit for the terminal.
