Lennar Returns to Goodyear’s Estrella by Newland Communities with NextGen® Product
GOODYEAR, Ariz. (May 30, 2018) – Master-planned development, Estrella by Newland Communities, has announced the grand opening of its newest neighborhood, Horizon in Montecito by Lennar. The new neighborhood marks the return of the homebuilder to Estrella, with models anticipated to open in late Spring or early Summer of 2018. Horizon will feature 105 homesites, available in six, single-story floorplans ranging from approximately 2,000 to 2,600 square feet.
Lennar will be bringing several of its wildly popular Next Gen® – The Home Within a Home®- floorplans to Estrella.
