The Goodyear City Council has appointed Laura Kaino to fill the council seat vacated by Joanne Osborne, who resigned on May 23 to run for a state office.
Laura’s resume includes volunteering on several city committees, including the Arts & Culture Commission, Water Conservation Committee, and Faith & Community Roundtable.
She will be sworn in on July 2, and will hold the seat until the next city election in 2019.
