Sedona P&Z hears plan for 30-home development

Developers took the first step in what they hope will result in the approval of a 30-acre housing development — one that was first discussed a dozen years ago.

Developers Mark Weinberg and Dave Grounds — who have partnered on projects together in the past — came before the Sedona Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, June 19, for a conceptual review for property off Bristlecone Pine Road.

No action was taken by the commission since the item was for discussion only.
