Cullum Homes collection of “Village” luxury lock-and-leave lifestyle residences, The Village at Seven Desert Mountain, is ready to tee off at the Desert Mountain community in Scottsdale, Arizona.

With a ground breaking celebration planned for fall, the residences will range from 3000-8000 square feet. Both single and two level homes will be offered, as well as the option to add a “19th Hole” basement entertainment zone.

Running up to the ground breaking, the company is working to sell its other area communities. Nestled at the base of the Valley’s Camelback Mountain, The Village at Mountain Shadows is situated in the heart of Paradise Valley. This community is comprised of 40 residences with six one and two story floor plans that showcase views of Camelback Mountain. Only 12 lots are left in this luxury guard gated “lock and leave” resort style community with magnificent mountain views, hiking trails, landmark restaurants, private greenbelt park and golf within walking distance.
