This is the second in a series of articles profiling candidates for Casa Grande City Council.
Pledging to honor his mother’s memory, Andy Estrada is hoping to do just that as a city councilman.
Estrada’s parents, Adela and Tony, took part in the city’s Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program in 2016. Unfortunately, Adela suffered a massive heart attack and didn’t live to see her “beautiful new home,” Estrada said.
“I pledged, in my mother’s honor, to do as much as I could for my community,” he said.
