Within the next month, the development company Brookfield Communities plans to start construction on 30 site-built homes within the city of Flagstaff limits near U.S. Highway 89.
Homes in the Trails End development will range from about $280,000 to about $360,000, depending on model and site, said Daniel Collins, a realtor for Realty One Group, which is working with Brookfield.
The more expensive lots on the site generally offer better views. The houses offered range between 1,000 and 1,678 square feet and Collins said this higher density allows for the somewhat lower price range.
