Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey describes his first term – and why he wants voters to grant him a second term
One hundred and thirty-two people.
That’s how many Americans got out of bed today somewhere else, loaded up their U-Haul, and set their GPS to Arizona. By the end of the day, they’ll be Arizonans — here for a new job, college, faith, family, military service, or to start a new life.
There will be more tomorrow, and the day after — 200,000 new Arizonans in the last three years.
Their story is like that of so many Arizonans. And it’s mine too.
