Evergreen Devco breaks ground on Parc at South Mountain

Evergreen Devco, Inc., a leading retail and multifamily development company, announced today that it has broke ground for the development of a 258-unit luxury apartment community located at Southern Avenue and 34thStreet in Phoenix.

The 10.88-acre project, located at 3400 East Southern Ave., will be called Parc at South Mountain.

“The South Mountain Corridor has been undergoing a major revitalization and gentrification,” said Matt Evans, Evergreen’s regional president of Arizona multifamily. “This is a luxury community that will offer residents excellent proximity to almost anywhere in the Valley.”
