This is the second in a series outlining what Peoria Economic Development Department calls the city’s premier development sites.
PEDD describes the sites as follows:
“… prime locations for new commercial and retail development. In some cases, these are Planned Area Developments, while others such as Park West and the Vistancia Commercial Core are adjacent to existing centers. These sites are located in high visibility areas of the city …”
Core West Office Park
Core West Office Park is on the southwest corner of Loop 101 and Peoria Avenue. It is a city-owned 14-acre, shovel-ready parcel zoned C-2.
