David Weekley Homes, Gehan Homes, Richmond American Homes and William Ryan Homes are now selling in The Village at Vistancia, one of the 7,100-acre master planned community’s three unique lifestyle communities.

David Weekley Homes, a long-time builder in Vistancia has recently opened its Sunset Ridge neighborhood, featuring six single-level floorplans ranging from 2,497 to 3,281 square feet. The ranch-style plans include three-to-four bedrooms and three-to-four car garages, and prices start in the $400s.

Gehan Homes has opened Verde Vista featuring seven single- and two-story floorplans with three-to-four bedrooms ranging from 1,486 to 3,026 square feet. Pricing for Verde Vista by Gehan Homes start in the $260s.
