Cadence at Gateway, just off SR 24 at Ellsworth and Ray Roads in Mesa, gave a VIP preview of The Square and its amenities on Thursday. The event, hosted by developers Harvard Investments, gathered investors, partners, builders and the contractors who have been building Cadence, as well as elected officials, including guest speaker Mesa Mayor John Giles.
“It’s great to be part of the eastward shift in the Valley’s development and real estate focus,” Craig Krumwiede, president of Harvard Investments, shared at the event. “It’s Mesa’s time. It has abundant resources, talent and opportunities and is recognized locally and nationally as the place to live and work.”
He continued, “We’re heavily invested in Mesa because we believe in the Mesa vision—and we believe in building legacy communities. So, we committed to exceeding the expectations of the East Valley with Cadence at Gateway.”
