New River Incorporation Committee publishes letter of intent

The New River Desert Hills Incorporation  Committee (NRDHIC) published a letter of intent to residents and concerned parties about its efforts to incorporate the areas of New River and Desert Hills into a town on October 9.

The purpose of the letter is meant to convey the intentions of the NRDHIC as they move forward in the incorporation process.  The letter comes on the heels of the Anthem Community Council’s recent letter that threatened litigation over the preliminary map defining the potential town’s borders,  which was released by NRDHIC this July.
