A 134-acre development focused around a regional headquarters for insurer Nationwide will break ground around the middle of next year in Scottsdale.
The mixed-use complex at the southwest corner of Hayden Road and Legacy Boulevard north of Loop 101, will feature office buildings, apartments, stores, restaurants, a parking structure and two hotel sites.
Nationwide, the first anchor tenant of what will be known as Cavasson, will move roughly 2,200 employees to the facility, starting in late 2020, with room to expand.
