San Tan residents voice concerns to apartment developers

What started off as an open house forum transitioned into a public town hall addressing the proposal for San Tan Valley’s first apartment complex.

A neighborhood meeting to address any questions and concerns in the local community took place at Combs Traditional Academy on Wednesday. In attendance were the representing real estate attorney, local roadway engineer and building developer.

“We do not want an adversarial situation here,” said Sean Lake, real estate attorney for SB Communities. “We are just trying to inform the community about our plans and answer your questions.”
