Blandford Homes purchases prime Ahwatukee parcel for $23 million

Gilbert, Arizona, December 17, 2018–   Gilbert based homebuilder, Blandford Homes through a related entity, Desert Vista 100, LLC, announced that it closed escrow today on a prime infill parcel in Ahwatukee.

The 62 acre property which closed at a price of $23,042,352, is called Palma Brisa.  Palma Brisa is already under development and will consist of an exclusive yet lively and exciting gated community of 197 homes.

Blandford Homes worked closely with The Foothills Community Association, the City of Phoenix, and the Seller, Tempe Union School District to masterplan and entitle this exclusive piece of real estate.

Ryan Duncan with Nathan & Associates was instrumental in putting this transaction together.

Pre-Sales are expected to begin in Mid 2019 and first home closings in late 2019.
