State Rep. David Stringer may be welcome in the Legislature but he’s persona non grata in some northern Arizona schools.

Humboldt Unified School District officials on Wednesday notified administrators and staff that Stringer “can no longer be welcomed on any of our school campuses or permitted to participate in any school-related functions.”

Humboldt, with 5,700 students, is the largest school district in Stringer’s legislative district.
