Pinal, Pima counties share common goal, manager says

We in Pinal County have much to gain from our neighbor to the south.

No, not Sonora, although that trade partnership is critical.

Pinal and Pima counties share common interests and goals, particularly when it comes to economic development, according to Pima County Administrator Chuck Huckleberry.

Huckleberry, speaking Thursday at an economic development forum sponsored by Pinal County, said the two counties share economic gems, including Pinal Airpark, Biosphere 2 and the natural beauty of the Catalina and Tortolita mountains.
