Shea Homes building 124 homes in new Peoria communities

With its unique blend of entertainment, shopping, and outdoor fun, Peoria’s popularity has been skyrocketing over the past few years and Valley homebuilders are working to keep up with demand. Shea Homes Arizona has announced an expanded West Valley presence in the area with two new Peoria communities – Ascent and Emblem at Aloravita. Construction of models is underway, with sales slated to begin in December 2019.
