What else? Johnson Utilities is San Tan’s top story of 2018

A typical story’s life cycle is a big, shocking event followed by gradually less interesting developments that take place until the public loses interest. The sign of a truly massive story is when the opposite occurs.

It came as no surprise to San Tan Valley residents that something was off about Johnson Utilities. Residents have known about strong odors and unpredictable water bills for years. However, once enough attention was brought to the Arizona Corporation Commission to actually hold an investigative hearing, the true extent of the problems finally came to the surface.
