A Chandler property that once symbolized the turmoil of the Great Recession is nearing completion of a six-story office building surrounded by a hotel, apartments and restaurants.
The Chandler Viridian development sprawls across 25 acres northwest of the Loop 101 and 202 interchange.
The $160 million project replaced the partially built Elevation Chandler that fell victim to the recession and stood for years as a community eyesore.
