MARACAY TO UNVEIL TWO NEW COMMUNITIES IN EAST VALLEY
Both neighborhoods, in Gilbert and Chandler, will be revealed to the public on Saturday, Feb. 9
GILBERT, Ariz. (Jan. 29, 2019) – Maracay is kicking off 2019 at a record pace as it prepares to unveil its second and third East Valley communities this year. The public will get a first look at the highly-anticipated communities on Saturday, Feb. 9 with grand opening celebrations for Windermere Ranch in Chandler and The Lakes at Annecy in Gilbert.
Both grand opening events will include neighborhood gatherings from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and feature catered barbecue lunches and refereshements. Home shoppers are encouraged to attend and meet with Maracay’s New Home Advisors, tour the new model homes and learn more about the neighborhood amenities available.
The Lakes at Annecy – Gilbert
Located one mile north of the Loop 202, The Lakes at Annecy provides residents with access to everything. Major East Valley employers are minutes away via surface streets and the Loop 202.
