George Oliver, the Phoenix-based co-redeveloper of the Quad in Scottsdale, has $17 million worth of renovations planned for its latest project, a Phoenix office complex formerly known as Catalina Terraces.

The 181,188-square-foot project, which will be renamed CASA, is located near Northern Avenue and 16th Street, and will have amenities focused on health and wellness for the office tenants.

Tenant amenities will include a lounge and café operated by Kaleidoscope Juice and a classroom training center that can host about 60 people. It will also incorporate two centralized courtyards with water features and an on-site co-working facility operated by the ownership and accommodating users ranging from one to 10 desks. The developer is also planning to create a wellness center with a yoga room, a meditation room, a salon and a dog park.
