Surprise council OKs plan for Dysart Road frontage, makes way for new development

City leaders last month advanced a plan, which could seed some bare desert for future retail or commercial growth.

Surprise City Council unanimously approved a rezoning request at its Jan. 15 regular meeting at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
