Home builders’ stocks look challenged because buyers still aren’t showing up

Shares of the home builders and related stocks have done well this year, with the S&P 500 Homebuilding index up 14.4%. But the builders themselves still face a tough year for new orders and sales, according to JPMorgan analyst Michael Rehaut.
