Two Arizona cities cracked the top 10 places for LGBTQ people to retire in the United States this year.
SeniorAdvice, an online resource for elders and caregivers, ranked the 20 best cities in the nation for LGBTQ retirees. Tucson was third in the ranking behind New Orleans, La., and West Palm Beach, Fla. while Tempe took the No. 6 spot.
The 2019 livability index considered several factors including the a city’s LGBTQ population; its Human Rights Campaign Municipal Equality Index and local resources and government.
