Luxury Homebuilder to be First of Three to Sell at New Private Golf Community
PHOENIX, Ariz. – March 28, 2019 – Camelot Homes, one of Arizona’s oldest and most prestigious family-owned homebuilders, is currently in the pre-sales phase at its latest community – The Villas At Seven Desert Mountain™.
The community, located in one of the finest private golf destinations in the world, will consist of 49 exclusive Camelot home sites and will be situated on the community’s newest golf course, No. 7 at Desert Mountain™. The private 18-hole, par-54 short course will be one of only two private clubs in the country over 3,000 yards and is designed for all skill levels. Varying between 2,700 and 4,900 square feet and one to two stories, The Villas will offer contemporary styling, great rooms, soaring ceilings, and elevators (in the two-story plans).
Camelot Homes has reunited with award-winning California-based architect, Robert Hidey, to develop the three contemporary floor plans that are offered. The community also will open two model homes, slated to be complete late spring 2019.
Seven Desert Mountain will include up to 190 modern, luxury homes in total that will feature panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Homeowners at The Villas at Seven Desert Mountain will become either lifestyle or equity golf members (subject to Desert Mountain membership approval), gaining access to its world-class amenities, including its newly renovated Sonoran Spa and Fitness Center, tennis complex, miles of private hiking and biking trails, seven private golf courses (limited to equity members), seven distinctive clubhouses, and nine restaurants.
