The developer of the first live/work community in north Scottsdale has seen such a positive reaction to the initial phase of her high-end project that she’s embarking on the second phase of construction.
Total development costs for the entire 74-unit project is about $35 million, said Irene Catsibris Clary, founder and president of Catclar Investments Inc.
The first phase includes 18 townhomes and 10 lofts, with half already sold, she said. The townhomes’ prices range between $495,000 and $550,000 for properties between 2,300 and 3,100 square feet. The lofts range between 2,300 and 4,000 square feet and are priced from $675,000 to $1.5 million.
