Glendale approves first homes of 1,400-home Stonehaven community to start building

The first 410 homes of the 1,392-home Stonehaven residential development, at the southeast corner of 91st Avenue and Cardinals Way, are approved to build after the Glendale City Council approved the final plats for six parcels, totaling 113 acres.

The six parcels are the first of nine in Phase 1 of the Stonehaven project, which will have three residential phases and a commercial phase. The project spans 385 acres.

One quarter of the 113 acres approved to build will be open space. Lot sizes will range from 4,275 to 10,800 square feet.
