Gurudanti’s International Legal and Entrepreneurial Experiences Will Enhance Rose Law Group’s Ability to Undertake Complex Corporate Deals
(SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.) –Rose Law Group pc, the largest woman-led law firm in Arizona’s history, is proud to add attorney Shruti Gurudanti to the firm’s Business and Corporate Transactions Department. At RLG, Gurudanti will bring a unique perspective to legal issues faced by corporate clients and will accelerate the growth of an already dynamic legal department.
Gurudanti focuses her practice on corporate and transactional law, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital. Most recently, Shruti worked as a member at the Phoenix office of Dentons, one of the world’s largest law firms. While there, she represented multinational corporate clients in the drafting of purchase and sale agreements, management agreements and franchise agreements.
Licensed to practice law in India as well as Arizona, Gurudanti holds a B.A., LLB (Hons.) degree from the National Law Institute University located in Bhopal, India, and a JD from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law. While practicing law in India at Khaitan & Co., one of India’s largest and most prestigious law firms, she advised national and international clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic and private equity investments, inbound and outbound foreign investment laws, and other general corporate law matters. At the University of Arizona, she wrote for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law and served as an extern to the Hon. Stephen M. McNamee, U.S. District Court for District of Arizona.
Gurudanti is also an experienced entrepreneur. In 2018, she founded televëda, a health-tech company which aims to end isolation and loneliness among older adults. televëda delivers live and interactive virtual fitness classes specifically designed for adults over the age of 65 and is meant to promote an active lifestyle stimulating the body and brain. With televëda, adults can connect with a community of friends and stay active anywhere and anytime. Her company has been invited to participate in SEED SPOT’s Impact Accelerator and Y Combinator’s Startup School.
